Caught between Two

Beautiful
Your jawline set against all that looms ahead
All we anticipate and fear,
That we loathe.

Your fabric looked cheap, but lived-in
and I could not wrench my eyes away.

I cannot pin down the color of your skin, your eyes or hair
It is all magnificent
What do you think about? How do you spend your days?

You are a stranger
yet
I do not want to share you with others.
I do not want them to love you or hate you or think of you.
I want you to live in solitude [comfortably].

I'll introduce myself someday.
